5G is real and Verizon, EE and Sprint have the networks to publish it

After years of build up, carriers are finally turning on their 5G networks. Just don’t be surprised if you’re nowhere near one.

It’s the next (fifth) generation of cellular technology, which promises to greatly enhance the speed, coverage and responsiveness of wireless networks. How fast are we talking? Verizon’s network showed speeds surging past 1 gigabit per second.

That’s 10 to 100 times speedier than 4G(your typical cellular connection, and even faster than anything you can get with a physical fiber-optic cable going into your house.

1Gbps stands for billions of bits per second(Mbps) and 1Gbps( gigabits per second ) is therefore equivalent to 1,000Mbps, and 5G will be the first time such lightning fast data downloads will be possible on a mobile device.

The following table be an example just how much faster 5G will be than existing networks. In fact the 3G and 4G speeds given below are what the standards outline and not necessarily what is achievable in the real world, where speeds vary according to network, device, the time of day and even the application. In the UK, Ofcom research conducted in late 2017 indicated average download speeds for YouTube varied between just 1.3Mbps and 2.9Mbps across the four operators.

Network Type Download Speeds
3G Network 384Kbps
4G Network 100Mbps
5G Network 1-10Gbps or higher

how much 5g network is harmful?

Many people think that 5G radiations will bring the world to its knees and cause a lot of health danger to people. American National Cancer Institute did some studies on wireless radio frequency and reported in Jan 2018 that “A limited number of studies have shown some evidence of statistical association of cell phone use and brain tumor risks, but most studies have found no association.” NCI website says non-ionized radiations, such as the ones used in wireless cell phones, are not as impactful as the ones caused by ionized radiations such as X-Rays.

Recently, media speculated about 297 birds getting killed due to 5G tests in Netherland. However, subsequently the news was reported as false.

Researchers say that using cell phones for a long time isn’t advisable, as they tend to generate a lot of heat. No study has clearly established that 5G radiation is going to be harmful or more dangerous than 4G radiations. But I am willing to hear AT&T’s perspective (at the next city council meeting) on why there is a necessity for these 5G cell towers, if they are truly beneficial to our community or if they present conclusive health risks

5G is harmful for humans and  Environment?

5g network is bad for everyone,he will damaged the health, environment and spread the many types of disease in the world.

5G is an emerging technology that hasn’t really been defined yet.” … Among the stories that are already spreading are concerns that 5G internet kills birds, causes cancer, or both.
